Ordering your products is easy. You can find our products by browsing or searching. Just find the product you're looking for, then click Add to Cart. You will be able to order additional products, or you can proceed to the checkout screens where you provide us with all of your addressing, payment and gift address information (if any of your products are gifts for others). We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order you must call 1-800-666-4136. or send an email request.
All of our products are 100% guaranteed. Your participation is greatly appreciated and your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, the item will be replaced or your purchase price will be refunded, whichever you prefer.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping will be via "Speedy", "UPS" or "USPS" depending upon your location. We process orders within 24 hours. Depending on the item ordered, items will ship between 2-3 weeks, with exceptions of chocolate items and those schools requesting that orders be shipped in coordination with the school's bulk order. Note that chocolate items may be further delayed by warm weather. Before shipping chocolate, we check the weather conditions between our location and your location. If the weather conditions are not favorable for shipping chocolate to you, we will delay the shipment until the weather improves. In order to receive the "ship to home" option, you must place your order online and pay via credit card.
PLEASE NO PO BOX's. To ensure prompt delivery of your items, please provide a physical mailing address.
PAYMENT VIA CHECK or MONEY ORDER?
If paying by credit card is not an option, please contact your student to place your order on the student's order form. You can then pay via check or money order directly to the student's parent or guardian. We receive the payment with the rest of the student's orders. Unfortunately, we cannot ship items to your home if placing an order this way.
HOW TO SEND EMAIL TO SUPPORTERS
On your My Account page, locate and click on the small email icon at the bottom of your information. This opens the page that allows you to send emails to family and friends.
Hint: It's faster and easier to send the email to yourself, then forward to your supporters from your own email account. (You also received this email when you originally completed the registration process.)
